How refunds work
Payments for ProfitPilot are processed by our payment provider. Refund requests are handled according to the provider’s
checkout process and applicable consumer protection laws.
How to request a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund:
- Use the “receipt email” from your payment provider (recommended). It typically includes a self-serve help/refund link.
- Or email us at support@ukwebtools.com with your purchase email and any receipt/order reference you have.
Eligibility & fair use
We review refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
- Excessive or repeated refund requests
- Chargeback abuse
